We deliver through Pickup Mtaani pickup locations at a flat rate of Ksh. 120 within Nairobi. You can find a pickup point near you here.
Prefer doorstep delivery? That’s available too for orders within Nairobi.  The cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

For orders outside Nairobi we deliver by matatu at a flat rate of Ksh. 350.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays/holidays). You’ll get a confirmation message when your order ships.

For orders outside Nairobi, we will contact you to arrange payment before delivery. The same applies for orders delivered via pickup mtaani or matatu.

However, if your order is within Nairobi that will be delivered by a rider, you can conveniently pay on delivery (cash or mobile payment).
